RESC Administration Office Upgrade

Dear Parents, Carers and members of the RESC Community,

I am pleased to officially announce that our Administration Office upgrade will commence on the 11 September 2017.

From that date access to the school office and front-of-school Disabled Parking bays will be limited by construction activities and hoarding around the work site. We will work with the builder to try to keep that disruption and non-access time to a minimum. Your patience and understanding during this time will be very much appreciated.

There are two disabled access parking bays in the school's rear carpark off Fraser Entrance and one near the start of Fraser Entrace, off Terance Road.

If you require face to face contact with any administration staff during the construction phase they will be located via these temporary arrangements:

  • Mr Douglas: Remaining in own office, limited access; entry via the Riverside Primary School (mainstream) main doors, then to the left of mainstream front desk.
  • Mrs Rekman: First office to the right through mainstream front desk entry (Thursday-Friday).
  • Mrs Marter: Mainstream Deputies office, far right of mainstream front desk.
  • Mrs Baker: Located to mainstream entry office front desk.

The school phone numbers will remain the same.

The completion date for the build is scheduled for mid-January 2018, well before the start of the 2018 school year, and it is our hope that the schedule of works will unfold without disruption.

If you have any questions or queries about this project please feel free to contact me.

Jim Douglas, Principal
